Findorff performed reconstructive work to repair and restore Wisconsin’s landmark Capitol Dome. This special restoration project involved the placement of a dehumidifier below the building’s granite dome to prevent moisture buildup. Findorff also restored the exterior, replacing the sealant and mortar joints, repairing stone cracks and defects on the dome, while adding tuck-pointing, caulking, and interior painting.
