University Square

University Square is a one-million-plus-square-foot building located in the heart of the University of Wisconsin – Madison campus. The base of the building is retail space with outdoor seating and dining. The upper levels include Lucky Apartments student housing and office space for the University.
The mixed-use facility also includes:

- 420 underground parking stalls
- A sustainable green roof
- Office, retail space, and tenant build-out space
