Findorff has had a relationship with the District for over 20 years. Findorff has provided preconstruction, communication and construction management services throughout our history together. The following projects are part of the approved April 2019 referendum and will include:
- New, second high school and related athletic fields
- Significant upgrades and renovations to the competition and multi-purpose stadium
- Renovations at existing upper middle school building to create separate 6-8 middle school, space for the Prairie Phoenix Academy, and District professional development space
- Renovations at middle schools
Additional projects completed for the District include:
- Building four new elementary schools
- Building two middle schools
- Building Sun Prairie High School
- Renovating Cardinal Heights Upper Middle School
- Addressing district-wide capital maintenance projects
