Hub on Campus Minneapolis is a 26-story mixed-use apartment tower built near the University of Minnesota. The 407-unit, 707-bed project is built on a quarter-block site and features approximately 10,000-square-feet of commercial space on the ground floor and up to 200 enclosed parking spaces.
