Epic: Farm Campus

Situated along the south edge of the site, the Farm Campus consists of three office buildings, as well as an underground parking garage and cafe. In effort to support a growing workforce, a total of 960 new offices were constructed in three buildings, totaling 300,000 square feet. The large number of offices created at the Farm Campus required the project team to also develop enough parking and dining space to accommodate the number of staff working on this campus. Located underneath a soccer field, an underground parking garage was built with 1,000 stalls, and drive tunnels leading to separate exits heading north and south along Northern Lights Road.
