A new apartment complex will open in Madison’s historic Greenbush neighborhood by the beginning of fall 2024, with construction set to begin in December 2022. The complex, Chapter at Madison, is expected to help alleviate housing stress for UW-Madison students and will feature a mural and cultural exhibit showcasing the Greenbush neighborhood's culture.
