Gain real-world job experience as a Youth Apprentice
Are you a high school student who loves to build things? Or are you unsure of what career path is right for you? A Youth Apprenticeship is a great way to explore the construction industry — all while getting a paycheck or school credits.
Findorff partners with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development to offer Youth Apprenticeship opportunities to students who would prefer to learn outside of the traditional classroom environment. Youth Apprenticeships at Findorff allow students to earn while they learn on the job, working with skilled tradespeople on active jobsites.
As a Youth Apprentice with Findorff, Kasey had the opportunity to explore a wide variety of career paths available in the trades while earning school credits. This hands-on work experience built her confidence and gave her a jump-start on a career in the trades before graduating from high school.
