Summit Credit Union – Greenfield Branch

West Allis, WI

Established in 1935, Summit Credit Union is a member-owned financial cooperative open to anyone in Wisconsin. Findorff has had the opportunity to construct multiple Summit Credit Union locations throughout Wisconsin. The new facilities are striking structures, designed to establish a strategic presence, while reflecting Summit’s ongoing commitment to serving and bringing value to its members.

This project required demolishing an existing 40-year-old building to make way for the new one-story, 3,300-square-foot Summit Credit Union Greenfield Branch. The new branch houses a welcoming lobby, three cube-shaped meeting “booths,” a 1,500-square-foot community room with an attached kitchenette, drive-through teller area, a member service counter, as well as a 7,500-square-foot tenant suite for the Better Business Bureau. The exterior of the building consists of mostly glass facade, giving it a sleek, upscale appearance.

The new Branch reflects Summit’s ongoing commitment to serving and bringing value to their members as well as their support of Milwaukee-area communities. Constructing the new facility addressed limitations of the previous building, but also provides a much more cost and energy efficient building.
