St. Francis Xavier Catholic Parish
Cross Plains, WI
Findorff was selected to construct a new 16,800 square foot facility for St. Francis Xavier Parish in Cross Plains.
Designed by Plunkett Raysich Architects, the new fellowship hall replaced the old pastoral ministry center, a 97-year-old convent building that was demolished in March 2004.
The scope of the project included parish staff offices, conference rooms, and a gathering space with the capacity to seat up to 350 people banquet-style.
The structure is a combination of structural steel and glu-laminated timber with stone and masonry veneer. The existing church, as well as the new addition, also received new copper roof systems as part of the project.
