Goodwill Center for Work & Training

Greendale, WI

Goodwill’s new Center for Work and Training at West Grange Avenue and West Loomis Road in Greendale, WI, houses the organization’s administrative support, which had been split between two Milwaukee buildings. Goodwill purchased the former Reiman Publications office and Findorff renovated the 165,000-square-foot building. The majority of the work included major interior renovation in order to help ensure the multi-use facility would meet the present and future needs of Goodwill. This flagship facility allows Goodwill to house multiple shared services all under one roof. Services like information technology, marketing, human resources, and others with their mission operations.

The Greendale location now provides Goodwill with a strong presence in the southern portion of Milwaukee county in order to reach more individuals in fulfilling their mission of providing training, employment and support services for people with disabilities and disadvantages.
