Epic Prairie Campus

Verona, WI

Epic’s Prairie Campus in Verona consists of six individual buildings containing more than 500,000 square feet, as well as a 1,400-stall underground parking facility.

High-end interior finishes including Eclectic, Scandinavian, Jungle, Garden and New York loft themes make this project unique. Connecting tunnels, skybridges, and extensive landscaping including a large water feature, are also part of the project scope.

Findorff has incorporated a strong emphasis on recycling at the Epic site, which also features one of the nation’s largest geothermal heating and cooling systems. Over 575 vertical bores were created to hold a connected system of pipes that will heat and cool all buildings on Epic’s Prairie Campus. Not only will this provide increased energy efficiency, but also substantial cost savings to the client over time.
