Edgewood College – Dominican Hall

Madison, WI

Dominican Hall was constructed by Findorff for Edgewood College as a co-ed residential hall intended to provide housing for up to 198 students. The facility features 72,000 square feet of community and residential spaces. The resident rooms are arranged as suites, with seven different styles within the building. Rooms in the suites are a mix of double bedrooms, single bedrooms, and living rooms. All suites have a private bathroom.

Dominican Hall was awarded LEED® Silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the USGBC’s rating system for designing and constructing the most energy efficient, high performance buildings. This facility is the first college or university residence hall in the state of Wisconsin to be LEED certified.
