Brix Apartment Lofts
Brix Apartment Loft’s is centered blocks away from downtown Milwaukee, Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee River. With 22 distinctive apartment floor plans, including one, two and three bedroom apartment homes, each designed with comfort in mind, the Brix reflects Milwaukee’s rich heritage, authentic culture and bold character.
This 7-story, 156,000-square-foot building was formerly home to the Ziegler Candy Factory, originally built in 1907, and is referenced as the first skeleton concrete building built. Findorff meticulously restored and repurposed the Brix Apartment Lofts into an urban loft-style apartment building accompanied by an attractive retail component and parking.
This classic Cream City brick structure includes 98 open concept apartment lofts and features eye-catching amenities, while preserving the historic ambiance of Milwaukee. The building’s raw industrial space, high ceilings, and massive original concrete columns are all prominent design elements showcased throughout the building, as well as the refurbished 100 year old original windows.
