Alpha Phi Sorority House

Originally built in 1905, Alpha Phi Sorority House is currently undergoing a multi-phased renovation at their Langdon Street location. Phase one included renovations on the lower level and first floor. The dining room, kitchen, mechnical rooms, laundry, storage, study room, two bedrooms and bathrooms all underwent renovations. Additionally, interior finishes were upgraded as well.

Phase two will include renovations to the building’s second and third floors. These areas include interior renovations to a bathroom and converting a warehouse into bedrooms. Lastly, phase three will include exterior modifications to landscaping and will incorporate a decorative fountain in the backyard.
